Return & Refund Policy
Custom products and project work
Many VR Aluminium products and installations are custom-made or ordered for a specific project. Because of this, returns or refunds may not be available once materials have been ordered, manufactured, powder-coated, cut, modified, or installed.
If there is an issue with supplied products or workmanship, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and project details. We will review the matter and work with you toward an appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, or another remedy where applicable.
Refunds are not normally provided for change of mind, incorrect information supplied by the customer, or changes to project scope after approval. Any cancellations, deposits, or variations will be assessed based on the stage of the project and costs already incurred.
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer laws.
